UPDATE 07/11/2024
So after pouring hours and $$$ into troubleshooting and parts. I finally bit the bullet and bought the DynoJet PV4 tuner to try in place of the V&H FP3 I had. After many many emails with V&H of them telling me it wasn't the tune. I received the PV4 today. As many of you probably already know the PV4 immediately resolved the issue.
I have an email into V&H to let them know as well, but I do not expect they will respond. Hope this helps someone else out there.
