FIRST RIDE! FINALY!!
Hey folks. Had to share this! Had acouple rice burners back in the day. Bought my first Harley last month. 04 Sportster 883. 3,000 miles and looks like it just left the showroom! Vance and Hines Straight Shots, S.E. air cleaner, jetted...Nice bike and nice sound. I work 60 hours a week, so I just got to get the bike legal and ride. The last four weeks I've been riding around my freakin yard! I got so frustrated I even parked it right outside my front door, sat on it for hours at night and watched t.v. through the open door!! Well, last night was my first chance to ride. I don't even knoe exactly how to say what I was feeling. Nirvanna? All I know for sure is that I'm gonna be on that bike every single second I get! Heaven just can't be as great as riding a Harley. If it is, I'd rather burn in hell cause I just don't think I could take the excitment! What a bike! What a ride! Wow! OK, I gotta run...Have to try and figure out how I'm going to get the bike into my bedroom!!

Congratulations on the new scoot, and welcome to HDF. We are glad you are here and have all been were you are right now. I too had metrics and after my first Harley realized I wouldn't be going back to the "darkside".
