Oh yeah and funny thing is my dad told me monday I had 2 weeks to go...I am sure some of you read the post I made..[:@]Dam dad always messin with me.So needless to say I called into work and will have it together tonight!
Been curious to see how it all turned out myself.... It's a great feeling when you get to see your new paint job for the first time but it's an even greater feeling when you see the reaction of others seeing it for the first time!
Congrats!
Yeah man I am so excited right now. I will get pics up ASAP.. Should have them up tomorrow sometime. i am not sure how the gold eagle covers will look with the paint though. May have to switch those out. But not till after x-mas.. Time to start buying for the kids and family. So i will just have to wait.
Well I got it back together and look SWEET. Only have one problem and that is my tail light. My stock one had 3 leads going into it and my new one only has 2. I talked to the shop I got it from and they said the new lamp is grounded internaly? Any idea if this is true? I am going to get a test lamp and see what I can find out. Also had to do a bit of grinding on my side plates for the sissy bar. "due to the new fender" But all in all it went pretty good putting together. Just have to get this tail lamp figured out.
My stock has a red, black, and blue wire and the new has red and black.. Any info would be great..
Thanks,Kyle
p.s No pics yet I got called in early to work..[:@]will try tomorrow.
