Default Bags on a Sporty

Looking for some bags for traveling...any pics and suggestions for my 2006 1200L

Used to post on here a while back, but had to create a new user name..couldn't get my password right.

After I put the Bub Jug Huggers on, I went out for a ride...and just got back!

Have some nice slant throw-overs if you're going that route. Had some on my Sportie, but they went with the bike when I sold it. Have these on my Dyna, but they'll fit a Sportster.

Your bikeis black...right? I just put National Cycle Cruiserliner hard bags on my 2006 low. Man do I like them. I'm waiting to get the chrome belt guards and sprocket cover on before I go do a photo shoot. Here is the link to a pic on their website though:

ODG57 - thanks for the link. I was looking at those the other day and giving some serious thought to hard bags. I already have the chrome belt guards. Let me know when your pics are up.

Do you use the fox creek bags as throw overs or do you have them mounted on brackets? I need some but just want to throw em over and hang as little crap on the bike as possible!

Just a suggestion. Saddle bags look like a ******* on the back of a Sportie. They make a sissie bar bag that holds more and looks awesome...

Signature pic shows H-D bags. They don't hold much and the frame that they hang on mounts to the same points that a sissy bar should, and it makes it almost impossible to take a passenger. I would only considersaddlebags if there's stuff you need to carry all the time. If its for overnights etc thenI would look at all the options available for luggage that attaches to a sissy bar.

I got baggs on my Sporty... I think it looks pretty good even with the quick detatch windshield.
