When did harley start with EFI?

I am looking to pick up a new scoot for next riding season. I would like to go the EFI route on the next one.
Anyone out there know from what year I should start looking for EFI bikes? I don't mind buying used (but I will probably go new anyway) but just for teaser sake I wanted to know which bikes and what years.

07 for Sportsters. EFI has been on the BT's for a nimber of years.

I think it was 1995 was the first year for the Big twins.I think this was a option on some of the late EVOs.

Yes, it was '95. I think the Tour Glide was the first model to get it.

It was actually 1995 offered on the Ultra Classic as an option.

Iknow 2002 was the first year for the Softtails but I have been told that HD had some showing up in mid 01 being sold as 02's, I am guessing the Dyna's were F.I'edthat same year.
