I glad that U are ok after all, bike naaa you can replace it any time, but not your life..let see I can get a grip of what happen to U, I Live in Fl <Lake Worth> and I usually ride in shorts, boot, 1/2 helmet and a t-shirt.....thanks fotr sharing..
Remember when I hit a roundabout on my Triumph T140V....thought I'd broke my back, couldn't move...soon as someone said "Get an ambulance"...I shot up and tried to pick my bike up...was just badly winded.......though I do put my bad back down to that day.
When I layed mine down, I slid across the turf on my azz and came up wanting to kill someone. The woman that cut me off kept going. My bike stalled out from the roll over sensor, or whatever it's called, and it took me a minute to figure out how to start it again. Probably a good thing it stalled out like that, I wasn't in the best frame of mind.

Does anyoe make an "air conditioned" helmet?[sm=goodidea.gif]
Here in Vegas it is hot as Hades also. I discovered that the FF helmets with vents actually work, at least while you are moving and they are getting air. At a lonnng stoplight you have to raise the faceshield andyour head starts to sweat. But when you take offyou close the shield to avoid the hot wind and actually get a cooling breeze over the top of your head. And also a breeze down from your forehead over your face.
