Glad you are OK. The only thing I can say is if you are injured and are going to miss work get an attorney. I use to be very anti-attorney unless absolutely required, but recent experience with accidents and insurance companies has made me change my mind. The ones I have delt with have done everything they can to screw the victim.

Photo's look like it may be a while in the shop... glad to hear you are (relatively) OK. It could have been much worse.

I would suggest [sm=icon_guiness.gif]till ya cannot take anymore. I am not promoting drunken-ness or debauchery.. however... it will make ya sleep tonight and hung-over enuff to sleep most of tomorrow, and that is a good thing....
