It was a very strange weekend here in the Philadephia area. On Wednesday and Thursday we had temps in the upper 60's/lower 70's. Went for a long ride on Thursday before settling down for Thanksgiving dinner.
Saturday was in the upper 30's and man was that cold. Even bundled up I had a hard time staying warm. I have a nice fleece face mask that kept me warm but my face was still chilled. In addition, I couldn't seem to get my sleeves tight enough around my wrists to keep the cold air out.
Sunday was in the upper 40's and again I bundled up and went for a 50 mile ride without a problem.
So, I would guess, much under the mid 40's and it's probably too cold for me. Maybe I just need some additional equipment.
Coldest for me was 17F for about 4 days in a row back last january.....it was very cold, but I stopped and warmed up a couple times on my 1/2 hour ride to work.....it was 29 on my way home so it was way warmer! NOT! lol One morning there was some fog down by the Tn River and Ihad a thin layer ofice all over my leather when I gotto work. =-)
Today was the coldest for me, around 38 degrees, decided to put my bike away for the winter in my buddies garage, temps are dropping into the 20's this week here in Ontario. I hate winter!!

Sudbury? wow I was up there a few years ago on October 1st and they had a blizzard, Nice move to Texas! Must be nice. I leave in Ridgeway, near Buffalo.
I have a brother that lives in the Falls. I fly in to Buffalo to see him at least once a year. I might haveto rent a bike and go for scoot when I come through next time.
Got down below 30 a couple times this year but it was a necesscity not fun. Wasn't cold except for my hand. Layers, lots of good layers. Ice and snow are the issue I have below 35. Other than that I am out there. Been thinking if I get a side car ..... 3 wheels ...
