Yea we rode. Yesterday's high was 23. The Bike's were runninghard and strong as hell. We stopped off at a couple coffee shops and ended up at a resort for lunch. It really felt great to be on the bike again and riding with my Chapter Brothers and Sisters.I can't believe you would show up to a Polar Bear Run in a cage. I myself would have stayed home. (My 2 cents)
It all got sad on my way home knowing this will be the last ride for the season! Got home at 2:35pm and the ice storm hit at 5:40pm. Whew, that was close! I guess, all I can do is chat seeing I have plenty of time not to ride. The only thing I'll be driving now is the Snowmobile!!
I guess I got it good then... The temp got up to 53 degrees today so I took her out for about an hour or so. I rode Saturday in 40 degree weather for about 2.5 hours and that was cold to me. I don't know if I'd make it at 23 degrees but I'd sure give it a try.
DANG! The temp gauge in my Jeep said it was 46 today, that'sriding weather!!!But the windmade it feel like-2 degrees when I was standing in my front yard... can't imagine how cold it would be on a bike.
To the guys living in warmer climates... I'd appreciate it if you refrained from posting until at least March. There's no need to rub it in. [:@][:@]
