I got a set of drag bars for my Nightster, waiting for them to come in. I dont plan on doing any riser, just putting it on with whats on it now for a low profile look. Just curious if the throttle cable or mirror bolt is gonna hit on either side? If anyone has any experience with drag bars with current nightster riser set up, any info woud be awesome!

I got a set of drag bars for my N (no riser) that I had powder coated black and wired internally. The biggest issue I had was with the brake line, it was way too long and had to be shortened. The clutch cable could definitely have been shortened a bit too, but it was liveable and I wanted to ride!
Yeah, I got my drag bars already powder coated off of ebay for 55 bucks shipped. Still waiting for them to come in though. How'd you shorten your brake line?

Badly phrased I didn't shorten it, I bought a shorter one...
Cant wait to see some pics of it......................It will look rite......... . . . . . . .
The other day someone posted some bar end mirrors, that got horrible feedback....... . . .
But, these bars you are getting with a bar end mirror would look sick................
notice in pic of the bad *** nightster....the mirror is inverted................ . .I dig it............
Yeah, I thats what I actually planned on doing. Inverting the right side mirror to the left side hand control and leaving the right side bare. Just got the heat shields on my V&H ShortShots coated black and it looks awesome. Plan to post some pix once I get my heavy breather on along with the bars
