my gf recked the sportster and i fixed it. except the primary side is dripping oil right under the kick stand. tightened the left(primary side) foot peg and it stopped for a little while, now its back and im scared that if i tighten foot peg any more it could strip. my next move is replaceing the primary gasket?
Thinking that in the accident the gasket might have been disrupted upon impact when foot peg broke the fall so to speak. btw have the sm,& parts manuel.
These bikes are tough!!!!this is the third time she wrecked it and dam it took very little almost zero damage ,except 2 clutch levers,front fender,ding on fork seal cover(spon it around to hide) thats it. btw gf just a little bruised after she told me she wrecked
