cHarley, I agree totally with you on that. It was not my intention to go into the whys and why nots of doing things, just offering an alternative. I ran my sportster likeI stated for 5 years and never had any problems with fouled plugs or carbon buildup, but then, I ran the poop out of my scoot. I realize most people dont. To each their own. That's allI'm going to add.
