Default diagnostic tach
I have not found a good lookingway to mount an analog tach on the custom short of redoing the riser and I dont want that. The digital ones may be an option, but notreally thataccurate or sensitive asI really do not need one for riding, but would like one for tuning the carb. Anyone have a sugestion for a diagnostic tach that plugs in easily and reasonably priced?

Consider picking up a timing light that displays RPM.

Sears has one that's not too expensive. I bought it for one of my cars when the tach was kind of bouncy.

Oh, and the light picks up the spark signal from a clip on one of the plug wires... and counts the pulses.
