Am I the only one that doesn't think he's riding a Sportster? Flared rear fender, dual discs up front (it doesn't look like he's riding a 1200R), and the absence of the drive belt on the right side tells me he's possibly riding something other than a Sportster.
The existence of the rear shocks rules out a Softail. I'm inclined to believe it's a Dyna. But then again, I'm certainly not claiming to be aH-D expert.
The dual-disc front brakes are an easy mod. And (at least in '08) the only Dyna to have dual discs is the Fat Bob. I still think it's a right-side drive bike. Aftermarket wheels and I think that's a modded chain-drive sportster. There's one shot in the far turn where I'm pretty sure I see a brake caliper on the bike's left side. The rear pulley/sprocket looks smaller which to me indicates a chain conversion.

In any event, the guy is obviously a dirt rider and has a clue how to hump a bike around turns in those traction conditions. *applause*
