Well since they're only two of them... and for the most part keep your a$$ from hitting the asphalt... I'd say replace them....
Mine don't last long enough to worry about dry rot and I replace them at least once a year...
When it comes to tires on a motorcycle... I don't play or get cheap...
But to each his own I guess...

Having been in the tire biz a couple of times in my life and being a person who is huge on tire care and safety...replace them! They are the only thing between you and the road...also, tire experts and manufacturers reccomend replacing tires on cars and trucks after 5 years regardless of mileage, I think the same is true on bikes. Just my .02.
