Has anyone tried this mod when installing an aftermarket breather system.....
I was having an epiphany of sorts last night whilst I was showering. I was wondering if anyone had thought about routing the breather tubes from rocker boxes back to the oil tank when installing an aftermarket AC and breather system? It would make sense and an easy mod for me at least and it would allow oil that invariably collects in the line(s) to be rerouted back to the oil system and not making a mess on the engine.
Hmmmmmm
Inquiring minds would like to know............................
RE: Has anyone tried this mod when installing an aftermarket breather system.....
Just guessing, I haven't measured it, but the oil bypass line would have to run from the breather bolts at a slight downhill angle, towards the oil tank and enter the tank above the FULL oil level height in the tank. Once the mist gathers as a liquid in the line it would have to be able to freely flow downhill.

I have external plumbingtapped into the bolts and routes down to the ground. You would not want that condensation that comes from the heads to gather in your oil tank so that idea my friend is a definite NO NO!Route drip lines down to the ground behind the trans.
