Keep in mind in the combustion chamber you want the fuel to burn. Sure it is fast but it is a burn not an explosion (detonation).
The problem with dual pulgs is if they create two flame fronts & the two fronts need to work together.
With both plugs facing into the chamber you will get a more controlled burn.
The irons, shovels & earlier engines had/have hemi heads & the plug orientation would affect the burn more noticably as the flame has to travel over the extreme dome of the piston.
I use the standard old cheap Autolights, they last longer than anything else and I do index all my plugs when I install then. I useMoroso indexing washers.
