Default Upgrade Time - questions

Hello,

I have 06 Custom - I'm thinking about getting a fork brace (can someone tell me what size I need?) and steel braided brake cable.

I would like to know the actual benefits of both... REAL benefits.

Also, i switched out the front brake pads with Lyndall Z+; I notice that I have to apply more pressure to get to stop, even after 400+ miles of riding with them. Not to mention there is a tap, tap, tap sort of feeling when i apply firm pressure. Anyone experience this?

Thanks.

Fork brace may cause some arguements from those who don't see the need. They are good to have if you can afford one.

I got Barnett braided cables. They are worth the $$$!!! Much smoother action & they last longer than 1 season (~17,000 miles).

I use moco pads. No problems locking up front or rear tyres, stock brakes work fine.
