Front Brake Noise
My front brakes appear to be in contact with the rotor, without compression of the lever. I hear them press fluid to the caliper, and quite a bit of friction noise when stopping. Is this normal?

It's normal for the pads to be in slight contact w/ the rotor w/o having the brake on, and you'll hear them rubbing if you push the bike w/o the engine on. Some scraping noise when you're stopping is also normal, especially if they're new. If there's a lot of squealing then it might be time to clean them.
As for the fluid noise, it might be time to bleed the calipers - there might be some air in there that's moving around with the fluid, which is definitly not good (major loss in braking force).

I hear the rubbing even in motion, of course not when hitting it hard and accelerating. Its not a scraping sound, so it wouldnt concern me in a car. The brakes are new, just have them all replaced. So, maybe a little bleed is a good idea. Thanks, I will try that.
