just wonder guys what do you run your tire press at do u go by what it says on the tire..do u run the same in the front and back ..just wondering if anyone runs differnt .

Personally run mine at 30 front and 38 rear. If i remember correctly, I'm about 2 pounds higher in the rear than recommended. But I'm a heavyweight. It actually helped improve the ride quite a bit. Ride will be much better once i buy/install some progressive 418's tho.

Exactly what the tire manufacturer calls for most of the time, 2 lbs. less when the temps are expected to be over 90 degrees for any length of time.

Remember to check the tire pressure when the tire is cold. I always run the recommended in the front and +2 lbs in the rear also. (Im a big boy!) On my first set of tires (I ran the HD rear pressure) the rear wore square even though I never did burn-outs and never allot of straight riding.

personally, i run mine at the recomended pressure in the front and -2 or so in back. you get a little more rubber on the ground which helps grip and handeling in hard cornering.
