New to the forums
I've been looking around the forums for a couple weeks now and I decided it was about time I introduced myself. \\; My name is Adam, I'm 31 yrs old and I recently purchased my first Harley....a 2006 XL 883L. \\; I got a great deal and the bike and it only had 15 miles on it. \\; All I can say so far is...DAMN, wish I had done this ages ago!! \\; I am loving every minute of it. \\; Its by far the most fun I've had in years. \\; \\;

I really enjoy the forums here. \\;\\\\\\; You all provide so great information and always seem willing to answer questions when you can. \\; Being new to Harley's, and relatively inexperienced with motorcycles in general, this place has provided with me a wealth of info so far.

I look forward to many miles on the open road and hopefully to make some new friends along the way.

Congrats and welcome from No. Va. How come it only has 15 miles? (aside from the obvious it hasn't been ridden).

The bike belonged to a friend of mine. \\;\\\\\\; She bought it brand new, had it delivered to her house, and then decided it was too big for her. \\;\\\\\\; Instead of trading it in, she just parked it in her garage and went out and bought a Buell Blast. \\;\\\\\\; Worked out well for me. \\;\\\\\\; Picked it up for only $5000.

Congrats and welcome! I'm new too. Been here about a month but haven't posted. 2005 883/1200 mini apes, bags, low in the back, raised 1.5 inches in the front. Welcome from Southeast Kansas.
