Just wanted to say thank you for your help and advice in my search for my first Harley.
I found a 1990 Sportster 883 with less than 7500 miles, lowered, some high performance engine modifications, and extra parts + chaps for $3800.
There's a little rust and it needs some electrical work (blinkers and horn), but I'm VERY pleased with it, and it fires up and rides wonderfully!
I have a question about the blinkers.
When I press the switch I can hear the relay stored in the head light housing clicking very fast, but the blinker on the left is not coming on. The right side blinker began working for some reason (I haven't traced it, yet), and that same relay clicks more slowly with the right side blinker.
If any of you have had this problem, what steps did you take to fix it? What should I be looking at?
