removing muffler
hows it going everyone,
Im still new to the scene on owning a bike. So far have my first bike 08 sportster that im enjoying so much. Especially that i can hang around with my dad more often. My dad has has an 80 flh and man when he starts his bike \\; i just love the noise of the exhuast when at idle and when cruising. So far i have only changed the handle bars to a different and more comfortable one. When i was looking for pipes for my bike they didnt carry any, the shop owner recommended to remove the baffles off the muffler if loooking for noise and later on upgrade for a pipes.
Im curious are the 08 sportsters mufflers removable?
My dad and i took a look on my pipes, it seems that its a one piece. If its possible how hard is it removing the muffler and the baffles?
