Default Positive dealer experience

Well, like many of you, my left mirror was loose, at first I just had to adjust it a lot here recently though it looked like a pinwheel at higher speeds, so I took it off, threw it in the saddle bag and first chance I got I rode up to the dealer and showed it to them, he pushed it into the shop and about 15 minutes later I had a new mirror replaces under warranty. Gave me my keys and I was on my way. I see a lot of complaining about dealer so I thought I would mention that so far I have had nothing but positive experiences with Thunder Tower HD just outside of Columbia, SC. Oh, and I officially got my Motorcycle License yesterday

Congrats on getting your license.
I have had pretty much all positive experiences with my local dealer as well.&nbsp\\; The only problem I have had is when I needed my speedometer replaced.&nbsp\\; They replaced it under warranty but when they had to do some rewiring, I got left with a broken wire in harness for the speedo, but they took care of that as soon as I found it with no hassle.&nbsp\\; Every time I go in the place, I am greeted by name and they always take the time to chat and answer any questions that I may have.

same here.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; I see people all over the forum calling them "stealers"........well&nbsp\\;we did buy a Harley, and EVERYTHING is expensive, whether rational or not....should have known that going in.
&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;
I have had work done by 4 different dealers and they have all been just great to work with.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; their labor rates are in line with the indy. shops in my area, they get me in and out quick, very professional, do excellent work.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; Maybe it's the competition with several dealers in this part of the bike-crazy state of Ohio that ensures&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;all the dealers hire quality people.
