Ok I just finished wrapping my headers on my nightster and I started it up when I was done and it smoked alot. I did soak the wrap really well prior to applying. I'm 99% sure it's just doing a quick dry on the wrap but like said it smoked alot. Is this normal?
Thanks for the information. You guys were right the smoke went away but the burnt smell is there. I finally finished about 90% of my mods on the nightster. I put on a Flanders broomstick bar, Screamin Eagle slip ons, and header wrap. The only two things I have left to do are to get a better set of mirrors and I want to get the Black braided steel brake lines and that should be about it. I've taken before and after pics but I haven't had the chance to download them off the camera.
