I know tweakin has...look his posts up...he's got some good pics of both sides of his bike. I plan on doing the same down the road, but i think I'm just going to order the parts off of a roadster...There's is already wrinkle black.
I have a guy here that live 20 minutes from me that powder coats harley parts for a living. he told me all new parts in wrinkle black for $350 or trade him mine and get the new ones for $250. I thought that was pretty descent. The guy does kick *** work too.
I did wrinkle black and tweakin did gloss. There is a recent thread named black engine or black motor. It should be in the first few pages because I posted my pics just a few days ago.

-If it's not too ghetto for you, Krylon makes a textured black that's pretty much spot-on for Harley's textured spray paint -- for a fraction of the cost. It's textured paint (not wrinkle) that's on your engine already.
By the way, if you take your time to prep the parts, the rattle-can will be tough enough -- and mucho easy to touch up should the need ever arise (ask me how I know).
The pic in my sig was before I painted the oil tank trim, and headlight trim ring, etc. with regular flat black Krylon -- and before I removed the fork reflectors. It's amazing how much those little changes have dramatically altered the appearance of my scoot (IMHO).
