Ive been kicking around the idea of forward controlers but not sure if I should bother wasting my $. I have an engine guard mounted on my bike with extended Highway pegs for my short legs (5' 6" 30" inseem) I find it very comfortable on the highway when I get my feet up. I think forward controls might make it look like to much going on in the front any input suggestions?
shakak, I'm the same exact size as you and the forward controls are a perfect match with the sundowner seat. With mids, I was finding myself sliding forward a little until I went through the gears and used my highway pegs. Now, I'm pushed back naturally into the bucket of the seat like it was designed for. It just feels better all around. And forwards make it easier to walk the bike in and around tight places without those mid-mounts getting in the way.
