Default Pics: Black Progressive 412s installed on my Nightster

I installed these last weekend and finally got a chance to post some pics.

They are 11" Standard duty, wanted to keep the stock height. I have them set up on the third notch, otherwise they would bottom out. They are much softer than the stock, making it for a much better ride. I also love how low it looks when I sit on it. It looks completely slammed...Oh, I weigh 175lbs, if that helps. Twisting them to higher notches does not higher the bike, it just stiffens the travel.

I don't see these working right with 2-up. They would bottom out for sure on every bump, but they are perfect for my weight. If your going for 2-up or weigh anything over 190 or so, I recommend the HD ones (just my opinion).

Part # 412-4062B.

Just wanted to post some pics for everyone who's considering changing to 412s. Definitely worth the money, but for me, its more for the blacked out look rather than the ride.

That looks great, I am still stuck between the 412's and 418's.

Looks good this should be one of my next purchases. What kinda lift did you use to do this? If you don't mind me asking where did you buy yours from?

Sweet looking! Me likes the all black out look, the shocks add the little attention to detail that people seem to miss now days.
