yea i just contacted jamie at fuelomoto he said the map is def. on there so i just wanted to be sure that i dont do any damage to the bike so i will have to take a longer ride for full assesment. like i saidi understand there is some popping but this was unreasonable. thanks for the help guys! pics will be up later today
I have a PC3 installed on my 07 custom. No popping whatsoever. The O2 sensors should remain eliminated. If you pull in your clutch and give it throttle, do you still get popping?
The map provided by you by fuelmoto could be off, you may want to call them.
I had a V&H fuel Pak before the PC3 and it popped only on decel.
Why did you switch from the vh fuelpak to the pc3?
The pipes you have can be very sensitive to decell popping due to their baffle design but we can help you reduce or eliminate this. I would also first check the closed throttle position settings with the PC software and also double check for exhaust leaks. Feel free to contact us at 877-729-4754 from 9:00-5:00 CST and we will be happy to help out with revising your map.

Jamie saying to check you closed throttle position just reminded me to also have you check your firmware. I believe the newest update is 2.2.5. If you not running it and can't find the new version on the website let me know and I will post a link. Also, what baffles are you running? If you are running the standards, try the quite baffles.
Why did you switch from the vh fuelpak to the pc3?
I always had popping with my fuel Pak on decel, Played with the settings, couldn't get it to stop.I'm running a K&N Air Filter 90 deg. with V&H shortshots.
The PC3 is a much better unit. When my bike was being dyno tuned, the rear cylinder was running much leaner than the front, with a PC3, it"s correctable.Fuel Pak is not adjustable for each individual cylinder.
Bikes may all look alike, but all the engines perform differently. What worked for someone else, may not work for you.Everyone gets different results.
I get no popping whatsoever with my shortshots, granted my bike was custom mapped on a dynometer which I feel was well worth the money.
