Have heard I can put both front and mid's on my sporty? Is this true? XL883V&H's short shots. Will it fit or work? Let me know, thanks...........

Anything can be done with an imagination and some know how. The parts are only metal so go for it, design a set that will work and make it.

You can put forward controls and mid mount pegs on an 06 I did it with my sons bike. The left side goes on with no problem the right side you have to remove the front exhaust to get to the bolts and you need to grind the mid mount bracket and use some spacers to get clearance for the brake rod to slide . My biggest problerm was the grinder I needed was at work clear across town from where I was working on the bike had to make several trips because I didnt want to grind out to much

Totally agree on the mid mounts and hwy. pegs...best of both worlds...allows you to stand on the pegs on rough roads and hug the tank on the twisties, cruise comfortably on the hwy.
