I'm not sure you could put those on with your pipes? Then again I put forward controls on before I got my pipes in, so maybe there's more room than it looks like.
I was having a problem keeping my shoes on the pegs (especially right foot) at speeds over 60mph. Half-hour rides were about all I could take on the highway, lifting my legs up all the time and moving them inwards on the pegs. That's why the Joker Machine serrated pegs. I thought I could just dig my shoes in and they would stay put. Tonight I just tried angling them in with the adjustable screws they have. The mid pegs just solves the whole mess. Tonight I went for a jaunt around 135/230 highway at 75 to 80mph with my feet on the mid pegs and no shoe wandering problems at all.
However....to solve the problem with the forward pegs. They need to be rotated clockwise about 10 degrees or so in order for my shoes to fit flat on them. The peg adapters are not adjustable. I'm looking for serrated peg adapters that are adjustable that will fit into this bikes peg holder. Anyone know right off where I can find them?

I had the same problem you did and solved it with 2 Orange Harley mini boards.
I had to mount some mid-peg brackets on my FATBOB. They hit the heat shield a little but the ride is so much more comfortable not falling off of the pegs...
I was fortunate to have mids on my FDX. Once I added the highway pegs, I had the best of both worlds. I like forwards on bar hoppers, but not to tour with or ride the mountains.
