Exclamation PC III Users!!!

I just put the PC III on my Nightster and it works great. However, have any of you with the PC III had the engine light stay on for more than a few seconds? I called the tech at fuel moto and he said it was probably the O2 senors were bad so he sent me new ones. I put them on and I'm still having the same problems.

Check all your connections again. Unplug it all and plug it back in and check the o2 sensors.

Hey i just had the same problem and come to find out i had the rear one plugged in the wrong place. Make sure you follow the cable from the sensor back to the connector. I did the same thing a week ago and my engine light stayed on. After i followed the cable from where the O2 sensor comes out of the exhaust pipe the light went off. It still comes on after it runs for a moment then goes out. i haven't had the chance to reset the code but look for my thread which says PC III Issues and there is some responses that will tell you how to reset the codes. Now Fuel Moto is telling me that after i restart the bike 30 time the code will reset it self. You can reset the code if you follow the instructions listed in the PC III issue thread.

Thanks guys I'll give these a try and hopefully that solves my problem! I didn't even realize I could have it on the wrong one. I'll check them and let you know what I come up with.

Got it! You were right crazytrain it was the wrong O2 sensor that I had it hooked up too. I switched them and wala! It works like a champ. I took her out for about an hour or so today we were up around 50 degrees which feels like summer here in NY!
