Mechanic just called, they took her out for another test, smoking like a b--ch, got to tear her down. Said they will honor the warranty. Life is not pleasant in my house right now!!!!!

Tell them to pull the PC completely off, do a stage 1 HD download, and ride it that way to see if its mechanical or if its the PC.

Mine isn't smoking or anything yet but I'm not going to give it a chance to...now I just have to find someone with a trailer, shouldn't be very hard. She should be right as rain when you get her back...good luck.
