Speedo adapter?

I am thinking they would fall into the drag style catagory. I bought the bike used so I don't know a brand name. You can see pictures of them by clicking on my avatar and checking the album. I can't tell exactly what you have yours mounted to from the picture. Did you manufacture your own mount?

I looked at your gallery. Those look like the stock risers/speedo mount for an '00 custom. You could always just get a new top clamp that would be from an XLH that would invert your idiot lights to the bottom & move the speedo to the front/top. But you would have to chrome the XLH topclamp & light bracket, as they come in black. I'm not near my bike right now, but I seem to remember that mine is notched out more on the front to allow for the speedo mount bracket to fit flush with the metal of the clamp once tightened down.

If you change your riser, you could use this mount from J&P Cycles. Looks like the standard (chrome) speedometer bracket.
