I have a 09 883 sporty i want to change out the license plate and put in a layed back one. How do you get off the 3 torx bolts and nuts off. There 3 nuts under the fender. The stealer wants $35.00 to do it. Help

Yea, I got pretty stumpy (fat) arms and I was able to get them in there even with a lowering kit installed and just lossened them up... I did have someone with the torx (phillips in my case) holding the tops of the screws to help out a little.
Not sure if you have already purchased the laydown mount but if you havent, check out the Kuryakyn Curved Laydown Plate. Heres a pic of mine. The subtle curve gives the plate a nice look and matches the rear fender well.
