The girl doesn't like it, she won't ride. Isn't that why you bought a one seater bike in the first place? :P

My girl loves to ride, but doesn't all that often with her going to school and all. So really it's not justifiable to spend that money on something she isn't going to be on and be able to use.

We give you a rubber pad that goes between the bracket and the fender to keep your paint safe and have never had a complaint about scratches.

Women arn't cheap... ever.

I decided I liked the way it looked, so I haven't taken mine off. Maybe your girl will like riding more than you think.

It is expensive, but not really more so than a "conventional" sissy bar set-up. An HD detachable is about 10-15% more than a Haulen ***, depending on your option. An HD fixed is much less.

But if you're worried about the cost of making your scoot a two-up ride, why not buy used? Check the classifieds here, or eBay. If your girl doesn't like it, sell it all back for what you bought it for.

i looked at that one too, like it's look, but ended up going with the harley detachable. got it virtually brand new on ebay for 200 shipped (even included the mounting hardware). either way, i'm not crazy about a backrest on my bike, but only put it on when my wife rides (or if I travel over night - makes it easier for loading gear).

It comes with a Harley pad... Wait, are you talking about the passenger pillion? You'll need to buy one of those yourself.

Every women that's rested their buttcrack against my HaulenAss rest has said it made them feel secure to where they knew they were not going to slide off the seat. I've only taken mine off once since I bought it. The 2-up seat or pass pillion will scratch the fender before the HA sissy bar does.
Here's a close up of mine:

I like it because it gives the secure feeling to the passenger, but doesn't cover up the paint of the rear fener. Oh, and since it's going on an N, go with the Black Chrome. I believe Damian, (membername), won that one in a contest here on the forums.
