my belt was doing the same thing...so i threw the OL on the back and went for a short ride and heard the noise,then i sprayed some belt dressing on the belt and we were off again...with no noise...after that i adjusted the belt

UPDATE: So after riding it on Saturday with the OL, we heard the noise again. Took it in today and they weren't open, the service dept. that is. After finally deciding to raise some hell with the management about the crappy customer service and "shortcuts" the techs were taking, there wasn't one there. I talked to one guy in the parts dept. about talking to a manager and he defended the techs. I didn't want to seem like an ******* customer so I didn't rip into him about how if I take a shortcut on what I work on, someone dies or millions of dollars are lost(mech. on a sub). I plan on talking to the GM of that particular dealer. Seems the store runs amuck on the weekends.
