Glad it is fixed.However the sanding removed the plating from the metal on the fuses and relays.The terminals in the fuse box are also plated.So to fix it right the fuse box,fuses and relays need replaced or the problem may/will happen again.Maybe you will get lucky who knows.In my opinion there is a design problem if a bike that new has corrosion in there.

This fuse box moisture problem seems to be pretty common with the EFI bikes.

+1 There is some kind of a Service Bulletin / Recall for this problem with the 07's. I believe it calls for replacing the affected wiring harness.
