Put in a new system relay.Happened to me.Every 4,000 miles I loose a system relay,you will begin to notice stuff that happens when they are on there way out.

not sure. its stock except for stage 1

Same thing

I was on my way to work the other night and all of the sudden my oil light came on. The bike then lost power, I pulled in the clutch and hit the starter and it came back to life. After a few times of that the bikes check engine light came on and it totally lost power, when I turn on my turn signals they act up but not all of the time other than that it will run just fine. It sounds like a wiring problem but where would i start?

My 08 FXDL did this often then started blowing fuses. I've heard a lot about this happening on the bikes with the factory alarm! For the life of me I couldn't figure it out and the stealers could care less! They are of the mind if they don't acknowledge it, it doesn't exist, therefore, not the MoCo problem. Now then, I believe I stumbled on my problem and I believed I fixed it! I separated the two halves of the twist throttle housing on the handle bars, low and behold, a couple wires were pinched between the two halves... The problem never returned... Hope this could possibly help anyone.
