I've got a spoked wheel that is leaking air through one of the spokes. What is the trick to getting this stopped? I've tried tightning and loosening up the spoke but have had no luck. i'm at a loss and it's annoying...thanks
Sounds like you need a new inner-tube. And the big rubber band guard that protects the tube from the ends of the spokes.... should inspect the spokes to find out what caused the puncture.

dude if you were tightening / loosing spokes you need to have your wheel trued. unless you trued it. then you can ignore this message. otherwise, take the wheel to a shop and have it unfcked as soon as possible.
Thanks, I must of had it tied down to tight while being hauled.
Nope.... A bike needs to be secured tightly. I've never heard of anyone cinching down a set of tie-downs to the point where they flatened a tire.
As others stated, your rim strip is what keeps the spokes from poking into your tube. Yours is either breached or it's shifted. You can even put a layer of duct tape in there as well as an extra layer.
