sorry to hear about your accident bro, glad to hear that you ok though!!! i agree with everyone else, never leave the scene or allow anyone else to leave without the cops arriving first. as for the insurance, id make his insurance pay for it completely includeing my deductable and any gear i had on. of course the fight wont be easy but with persistance you can get it out of them. again sorry for your wreck but +11111111111 on gettin up and ridin home!!! good luck and keep on ridin bro

Glad to hear you're ok. Now you know why it's so much fun to ride on the " open road ". I always expect them to do something stupid, like pretend we're invisible. Good luck with the insurance.

Thanks to everyone... Yep I'm really happy I was able to get up and ride home!

If anything like this ever happens again (hopefully not), I will call the police.

Things are starting to be worked out, the bike is at Schaeffer's H-D where I bought it for an estimate. I talked to my insurance and his insurance, and gave a detailed summary w/ diagrams that I drew up when I came home to my insurance man.
