Congrats on the ride! I bought my first sporty on the 16th and had to wait until yesterday to ride it because of registration bs. Same story, big smiles. These things are badazz
just saw the pic of your bike.
It's a great-looking machine.
I always ride with a full-face helmet; could care less what people think (dilligaf).
If people ask why you're smiling, you can always tell them you have gas.
Anyways, enjoy that bike and ride safely.
Got my helmet and just got back from riding the country roads for about an hour. I can't wipe the damn grin off my face.
I bought a full face helmet since I'm a newbie but I have already experienced the benefit of it as a piece of tire got kicked up and hit me on the face shield. I probably would have a huge red spot on my face if I was wearing a beanie... Great lesson on the first ride.
Love the feeling when people stare at intersections. I'm hooked and my ears are ringing from the loud exhaust but like I said, I can't seem to wipe this damn grin off my face.
PS...I haven't put any air in the tires yet as I wanted to familiarize myself a little with the bike before having to pull into a busy gas station but I feel good now and I'll probably get that taken care of later this evening after rush hour.
ADDED PIC - Not the best background in the world but it's a pic.
I see you are missing one club out of your golf bag............ Fedex.......... maybe for being late. (HEE HEE) Nice bike. Ride safe.

Dammit, you made me spit coffee all over my laptop from laughing. I need to learn not to read and drink at the same time as this is not the first time that has happened.
FYI- I'm not sure if you were able to count but I only have 13 clubs in the bag. Never really found a need for the 14th one but then again, I'm not that good of a golfer.
