taking time to start
Hi guys,
I have an '09 IRON and just recently its having problems starting. I push the starter button and if I take my finger off it wont burst in to life, so I have to hold it down for longer than I used to.
Any ideas what it could be? It's only started doing it this week and I haven't done any mods for at least 3 weeks...
Done loads to it though, pics will come when I get the net at home....

This happned to my 08 streetglide when I put on a power commander 5 it just takes a few seconds longer cranking to start. my fix was not waiting for the engine light to go off before starting just turn the key and hit start and she fires right up.

My local stealer put mini apes and braided cables on for me plus relocated my indicators.
The mods that I have done is tank lift, coil relocation, and stage 1.
I did think about the weather, but it actually starts better in the morning when it's colder than it does in the afternoon!
Also, I use my kill swtich to turn the bike off, I wouldn't normally do this with a bike but the manual told me to so I'm doing it rather than using the key, what do you guys do?
