Hello all,
I have an 06 1200 custom and am absolutly in love with it! I've put V&H shortshots on it along with a/c and yost power tube, bike runs awesome. The thing is I am racking up the miles, how many miles will this thing run with regular maintance and an easy to moderate riding style? I would hate to wear it out before my two year loan is paid off!!

On average I ride about 20,000 miles a year.
With regular preventive maintenance, along with frequent oil and filter changes, you should be able to hit 80K to 100K miles without any major problem.

mine has 3500 miles.

Thanks all for your input, I'll keep riding and wont worry about the odometer, what the hell life is short and summer here in oh is shorter! I'll ride till I'm saddle sore!!

I've got 516 miles since I bought the bike on May 30th, would be more but I'm on the East coast and it keeps friggin' raining!
