My America is a great ride! Been real cold here so I've not been riding a ton, but the hubby and I went out today and I love how it corners, wow! Still love the Harley "pipes" but am getting used to the lack of noise. It sure rides the highway better than my sportster. Maybe some long trips are in our future.

Well, Good Luck. (Should of considered a Dyna IMHO)....I have always had a soft spot for the Brit bikes though... That what got me started in the day. Norton 750 Commando....I should of kept that one.

Welcome to the club, I have a Rocket III classic for a bar hopper, and a 2010 Road Glide for touring, love both of them and personally don't give a hoot what anybody rides as long as they ride.

It is so obvious at the bike concours that most folks walk right by the newer models and customs to spend more time gawking at the old Brit bikes. The new Triumph models are moving closer and closer to that level of beauty. And, your new bike is a perfect example.

I bought a Bonnie T-100. I liked the retro look and didn't want to buy a new Harley that would only seem like a copy of the Harleys we already have and I wasn't going to buy Japanese. At first I felt a bit adulterous about the whole thing but now rationalize it by saying I've just crawled over to a different branch of the same motorcycle tree...
