Default No simple way ?

I suppose that there is no simple way to remove the baffles out of the Screamin' Eagle II's?
I bought the Big city thunder ones, but cant seem to remove, Like somebody told me, i may
have to remove the muffler, which i didnt want to do.
Any suggestions?

I'll be watching this one. In particular, how the sound with the TH baffles differs from the SEs.
As far as removing the mufflers, I'd do that anyway to minimize scratching or scuffing up your mufflers. Plus having them on a bench when you swap them out will no doubt minimize the baffle removal and installation effort.

Cajun

Find a metal rod of some type and bend it into a hook. Insert that into your pipes and give it a good tug. If they don't pull out start the bike, let the pipes warm up turn the bike off and the old baffles will slide right out with no problem. When I installed my big city thunder baffles I used a metal file handle that was bent at a 45 degree angle and with the pipes hot the old baffles came right out with nearly no effort at all. Just be careful not to burn yourself. Let me know how it works.
