Ordered a helmet from Rockheadbikes.com bell drifter over a week ago an still havent recived it no big deal but when i check my account on there web site it says that my order is still pending. Ive emailed them 3 times an they never reply and theres no number to call. any of yall ever ordered from this website an had this problem.
Never delt with Rockhead, I got my Bell flamed shorty and my wifes HJC shorty from Splathat.com and their service and prices were great. I never like to deal with anyone that doesn't list a phone number.
Never had any dealings with them but I'd start to check and see what your options are through the bank at recovering your money for goods not delivered. Hopefully it's all for nothing and you get what you ordered.
Don't know em but since you probably used a credit card if you're concerned you can probably notify them to cancel the order if it hasn't shipped yet and if they give you a hassle you can still have the charge declined if you talk to your CC company.
I used Motodepot.com to purchase my Shoei J-Wing helmet (which I love) and they had the best price I could find online for upper end helmets. But before you order make sure you request their "special" price list for things like Joe Rocket, Arai, Shoei..etc. - the prices on their site are pretty close to list price because of mfg. restrictions - but they offer discount codes via email which are well below those advertised online.
