Default credential storage solution

we touched on this in another thread but i wanted to show you guys what i ended up doing on my nightster.
some guys says they just carry it in their wallet or leave it in a jacket.

unfortunately if you have multiple jackets you can take off without proof of insurance and registration which here in NJ is a very hefty fine, also if you own 6 vehicles like i do keeping them in the wallet can also be a pain in the A$$.

this is a 6" truckers wallet with 2 compartments and an inside zippered pocket which is perfect for the credentials. there is enough room for the small flat shock spanner wrench, i also put my Memphis shades alan key in there so i can adjust the windshield on the fly.

don't mind the water mark, i have had a few of my cars photos end up on ebay and craigslist scammers ad's in the past so now i take no chances

I like that idea the best. I was thinking about mounting a tube under the bike somewhere, but I am going to try something like this.

Not a bad idea at all man. I know about photos being used. A few years back when I was selling my Tracker on Autotrader I had a nice pic of it on there. Well one day I ws on Ebay looking at tracker parts and I was like "damn that's a nice looking tracker" Here some dude selling aftermarket soft tops stoll my pic and was using it for it add and my top was stock LOL!. I emailed him and asked how much I was going to get since he was using my pic. The next day the pic was off Ebay LOL!

pulled the tag and used some 3/4L-5/16t flat head screws with 1/2 washers and nylon lined lock nuts, the head of the screw is about 1/2"
across, don't quote me but i think they are called boiler screws and i punched 3 holes in a pyramid configuration 2 at the top and one on the bottom.

basically with the tag removed you can hold the wallet up against the back of the bracket and you can see where the slots are, i marked them with a sharpie and then used my gasket maker set to punch the holes.

Oh yeah. Now we're talking! That is a pretty sweet idea, and it looks clean. I may have to look into doing something like this. I like it.

Just be sure and have backup copies of all the stuff in the pouch. Easy to steal if someone wants to F with you.
I'd rather hide it inside the battery cover, inside a plastic baggie.
