I HATE Torx Bolts!!!!!!!!!!!

You haven't dealt with Torx agony until you've had to take the (aluminum) crankcase drain plug off of an early Cadillac CTS or Saturn V6 from that time period. Guaranteed to strip and cause agony. I had a lisle set of Torx sockets, they stripped and pi$$ed me off, so I told the Snap-On guy I wanted the complete set (Torx, metric and standard Allen) and never looked back. Heat is your friend when its appropriate, case in point GM decided to use T55 Torx pins/bolts to hold the front calipers on early 2000's F/S trucks. Even with a 24" breaker bar it wasnt coming loose, and I didn't want to screw it up. Out comes the blue wrench. Cooked it for a little bit, and it popped loose with a little push on the bar.

So, do you guys replace your Torx bolts with Allens?
Like I said, Im itching to get rid of any and all Torx on my bike. Just want to be sure Im not shafting myself in some other way if I do this!
