Default Demon Cycles....

Just figured I'd send out a bad thread, Purchased a side mount plate holder with LED... 170.00 Great price, talked to tech support, "no problem, this is an easy fit, I guarantee it" I called today to let them know that it doesnt fit the axle as the the space on the arm of the holder is too wide for it to go on the axle plus the nut. The guy says to me "oh well youre better off selling it on ebay, because we dont accept returns, good luck"

NIce stuff. I then call the company, the rep says, "oh no problem just call harley & they will send you a longer axle, you can pop it right in, should take 15 mins" really... I called harley & the guy says.... "ohhh Demon" "Sorry bud, I wish I could help, but we dont make that" long story short..... WTF happened to customer service. Harley was atleast honest & up front, he even told me he'd throw in a discount on theirs.... Demon, not so much. So buyer beware

I bought some drag bars from these guys. Supposed to fit an 07 sporty with the dimples for the wires. The dimples were so far in, I had to take 1 inch off of each end to get the controls and grips to fit right without pinching wires. I also contacted them about a front end they were selling. All I got from customer service was "Yeah it will fit". Contacted them again asking for some specs on it to make sure, got nothing. Stay away from these guys. I haven't met anyone who has had a pleasent experience with them. Just a heads up. And they don't take returns, so once you buy it, your stuck with it. Seems they have no idea what they are selling, just trying to make a buck off the custom bike niche with no care in mind for how bad they are treating customers. BEWARE. It's pretty bad when Harley already knows these guys by name and offers you a discount because they know what you have already been through with Demons.

I appreciate it when I see threads like this....you can read reviews but nothing tells the truth like a thread on a site that has nothing to gain.

I recently shared my experience with "Terry Components" and their TerminalVelocity III fuel pack....eventually we will either put them out of business or make quality control and customer service get up to standard.

Mad Props to the poster of this thread....thanks for the warning.

I have never ordered anything from them because I have never heard anything good about them. Put demon cycles in the search menue and you fill find LOTS of negative posts about them.
